FAQ’s:

Do you Direct Bill to insurance companies?

Yes, I do direct bill for most insurance companies. Check with me if your company is on

the list of accepted providers.

 

Do you accept new clients?

I am taking a wait list for new Acupuncture clients and only accept those who are a direct referral

from another client or colleague of mine. Please fill out the form on the contact page to inquire.

 

When will you be offering Acupuncture?

Now offering as of February 2021!

 

Do you accept ICBC or WCB claims?

No, I do not. I am able to treat clients who are on active claims but do not direct bill to

those companies. Payment is due at the time of treatment and may then be reimbursed by

ICBC. If you are on a WCB claim, I suggest you talk with you adjustor to see if you can add

massage therapy to your treatment without direct billing.

 

Do you have a cancellation policy?

At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel or change your appointment time. Late

cancellations and missed appointments are expected to be covered in full.
