Do you Direct Bill to insurance companies?
Yes, I do direct bill for most insurance companies. Check with me if your company is on
the list of accepted providers.
How far can I book in advance?
RMT appointments are open for online booking 30 days in advance, continuously.
Acupuncture appointments are open 60 days in advance.
Where can I park?
Clients may park in the driveway or up on the street in the cul-de-sac. There is a business sign in the yard.
To access the clinic, walk down the driveway, under the deck and you'll see the clinic sign on the door to enter.
Do you accept ICBC or WCB claims?
No, I do not. I am able to treat clients who are on active claims but do not direct bill to
those companies. Payment is due at the time of treatment and may then be reimbursed by
ICBC. If you are on a WCB claim, I suggest you talk with you adjustor to see if you can add
massage therapy to your treatment without direct billing.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel or change your appointment time. Late
cancellations and missed appointments are expected to be covered in full.
